You Can Now Bring Your Own Merchant AccountRead the rest of this entry »
Over the last year I have been asked many times what it would take to allow organizations to bring their own merchant account. It was a good idea whose implications were complex enough that asking about it might have been a good way to nerd snipe me. Finally after enough customer demand I decided to get started and it was exactly as involved as I thought it would be, but …

A few months ago at FSANA 2020 I uncovered some accounting needs and got some great suggestions about how to better handle discounts. Going to shows like FSANA and others has always provided great opportunities for me to talk to prospective customers and get a sense for what they need and I was pleasantly surprised when someone's request turned out to be the solution to multiple problems I had been …

After gathering requirements from new users of the system I have been hard at work making improvements. The goals driving each of these improvements are easier use of the system itself and giving you the tools needed to enforce policies that drive a culture of safety in your organization. Using Trackhobbs to help manage scheduling and billing in my own partnership helps me discover and attempt to correct user experience …

In the fall of 2016 I had decided that it was time to finally pursue my dream of becoming a private pilot. I spent hours doing research trying to figure out how I could accomplish my goal without having it cost me an arm and a leg. Everything I looked at pointed to aircraft ownership as the best way to save money and when I found a 1/10th share of …
